If you’ve watched the instructional videos on Tracing the Wall, Holding a Ball, and Wave Hands in Clouds, and have learned those exercises, you are now ready to use this follow-along practice video as a daily Qigong and Tai Chi practice—and it only takes three and a half minutes to perform.
Practice this routine with any frequency you choose and at whatever times of the day work best for you. Once you have them internalized, you’ll no longer need to follow the video and can practice the exercises for any length of time you wish.
As stated previously, these practices are easy and simple while at the same time profoundly powerful for practitioners of all levels, whether used in combination with other exercises or as a stand-alone practice.
