Qigong Basics

Qigong is a generic term meaning “to work the breath.” It is a Nourishing Life Arts Practice because Qigong is used to develop the Qi to enhance health and longevity.

As they are simple and easy to perform, they can be done for as long or short a period as one likes, and they are extremely effective for improving one’s health.
