Qigong

Qigong is a generic term meaning “to work the breath” or “the skill of qi energy.” It originated from the older and more traditional practice of Dao Yin, which means to guide and entice internal energy.

Qigong is a Nourishing Life Arts Practice that’s used to develop the qi to enhance health and longevity, and in some practices, such as internal alchemy, to bring about immortality.
